Commitment to Health and Safety 

 ACC audited Workplace Safety Management Practices (WSMP) system, achieving secondary level accreditation.

Employee participation in the Health and Safety committee with monthly meetings.

Lowery are members of Site Safe.

All employees have Site Safe passports.

Lowery are founding members of the New Zealand Concrete Sawing and Drilling Association (NZCSDA).

All employees attend NZCSDA safety courses.

Bi monthly staff meetings have a large Health and Safety component.

We have an excellent record on accidents, none serious, few minor.

Lowery is currently leading the industry towards an operator certification programme.

All new employees are put through an induction to assess their understanding of Health and Safety requirements.

Operators are assessed regularly, including their Health and Safety record.
